Why should I do Crossfit?

CrossFit Discovery’s mission is to help you be happier, healthier and more fit.  CrossFit is the most fun, safe and effective training program we’ve found to help you achieve this goal.  Every day, we give you a new challenge and a chance to grow, learn and improve.  We tailor the program to YOU!  We use CrossFit methods to help you be better at the things that are important in your life, not to just make you better at CrossFit.

Classes are one hour and include a warm up, personalized movement instruction, and an awesomely intense workout. The workouts are scaled to your fitness level, train the entire body and are geared towards functional fitness. We change it up every day so you will keep adapting and never get bored!

Want in?  Our Kickstart Program will prepare you for either our Group Classes or Personal Training program.  No experience needed.

Coming from another CrossFit Box?  Experienced athletes can use their Free Trial to complete a Skill Evaluation with one of our coaches.
