What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a fun, safe, community-centered group training program that is designed to help you be the best version of yourself! CrossFit is highly effective and is enjoyed by everyone from members of the armed forces to soccer moms and dads, from professional athletes to retirees, and everyone in between!

Classes only take an hour and include a warm up, personalized movement instruction, and an awesomely intense workout. CrossFit workouts are scaled to your fitness level, target the entire body and are primarily geared towards functional fitness. The workouts change every day so you will never get bored!

Want in?  Our Kickstart Program will prepare you for either our Group Classes or Personal Training program.  No experience needed.

Coming from another CrossFit Box?  Experienced athletes can use their Free Trial to complete a Skill Evaluation with one of our coaches.
