Getting started training at CrossFit Discovery begins with our six session Kickstart Program. If after your first session of Kickstart you decide training with us isn’t a good fit, we’ll refund you, no questions asked. The Kickstart Course is designed for people new to CrossFit and gets you ready for success in both personal or group training.
We want to get to know you. We’ll talk about your goals, experience in training or sport and any injuries and/or limitations you may have. We’ll assess your mobility/flexibility. You will learn how we define fitness and why integrating training, nutrition and recovery is the most sustainable path to optimal health. We’ll answer any questions you have. We’ll teach you to how to safely and correctly perform fundamental movements. Every challenge will be scaled to be appropriate for you.
CrossFit Discovery is a big investment compared to traditional commercial gyms. Our clients are motivated folks who understand the importance of prioritizing their own good health. Our years of experience have shown us that ANYONE can do CrossFit and the results are second to none, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
We are not interested in a short term “sales.” We don’t make you sign long term contracts either. We can help you to be more fit, happy and healthy for years to come if you decide to become part to our community.

Athletes with extensive CrossFit experience who wish to bypass the Kickstart Course may book a Skill Evaluation session in place of the Free Trial.
